A jackknifed semi on northbound Interstate 5 north of Woodland forced all lanes to close for about an hour on Monday morning.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the tractor-trailer rig crashed shortly after 7 a.m. blocking all lanes of the freeway near Dike Access Road. The crash was cleared about 8 a.m.
Traffic on the freeway heading out of Clark County quickly backed up. WSDOT said to expect slow traffic in the area and delays.
