Police locate missing Vancouver 12-year-old

UPDATE: The Vancouver Police Department reported at 12:53 p.m. that Richard Gran has been located and returned safely to his family.


The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a 12-year-old boy who was last seen walking toward a school in the Felida area.

Richard Gran is 5 feet tall, has brown hair and is autistic, according to police. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a blue jacket over a bright blue and white hoodie and gray sweatpants.

Police said he was walking from the Vancouver mall area toward Felida.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
