McLOUGHLIN HEIGHTS — Every November for the past 27 years, Circle of Friends preschool has focused on teaching empathy and the joy of giving by holding a needs drive to support local families struggling during the holiday season. This year’s event ran from Nov. 1-23, with students and their families donating blankets, winter clothes, food and self-care products. The donations were dispersed to local charitable organizations such as the Clark County Food Bank, Share and Open House Ministries, as well as McLoughlin Middle School and Marshall Elementary School.
