Developer buys 1.85-acre Orchards parcel for $1 million

A 1.85-acre plot of land at 4905 N.E. 122nd Ave. has been sold to MAJ Development Corp. for about $1 million, according to a Friday news release from the broker, Norris & Stevens.

Vancouver-based MAJ, owned by Michael A. Jenkins, plans to “improve the site,” according to the news release. The company has developed many commercial projects in Clark County, and has begun building more multi-family housing projects in Vancouver, including The Lavonne at 6727 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive.

The seller was Creekside Commercial Investment.
