COVID-19 vaccination appointments are so plentiful in Clark County that residents can now make same-day appointments at the county’s two largest vaccination clinics.
The Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds and the Tower Mall site in Vancouver both have open appointments and said this morning that residents can get same day appointments or vaccinations without an appointment.
According to Clark County Public Health, anyone can arrive at Tower Mall during operating hours today, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday and get a shot. Pre-registration is not required. Operating hours for Tower Mall are 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., with an hour closure from noon to 1 p.m.
At the fairgrounds, residents are encouraged to make an appointment online beforehand, but same-day appointments are available. Book an appointment here. The Fairgrounds appointments usually take 20 minutes, from beginning to end. The fairgrounds hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
