The mass vaccination site at Tower Mall in central Vancouver is offering no-appointment vaccinations for a second day, according to Clark County Public Health.

Anyone age 16 or older can arrive at the site, 5403 E. Mill Plain Blvd., between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. today to get a first COVID-19 shot, the agency said in a tweet. The site is offering the Pfizer vaccine. No insurance or ID is required, and the vaccinations are free.

Today is the second day the site, a collaboration between Clark County Public Health, the city of Vancouver and Safeway, has offered no-appointment vaccinations. The site has not been able to fill all of its open slots through online booking.

Most wait times at Tower mall are 10 to 15 minutes. Face coverings are required at the site.

Tower Mall is accessible on C-TRAN bus route 37.

According to Public Health, second-dose appointments will automatically be scheduled for three weeks later at the Tower mall site for the the same time and day of the week.

Residents can still schedule appointments if they wish. To schedule an appointment, visit the Safeway/Albertsons website. The scheduling link is also available on the Public Health COVID-19 Vaccine webpage. Those who do not have internet access or need help scheduling an appointment can call Public Health at 888-225-4625. Language assistance is available.
