All school districts across Clark County continue to have open registration to enroll kindergartners for the 2021-22 school year.
Children who are 5 years old by Aug. 31 are eligible for kindergarten. After a child is registered in their assigned district, most districts conduct school visits. Some visits may be conducted virtually because of the pandemic, according to Educational Service District 112, which oversees all of Clark County’s school districts. Most kindergarten enrollment can be completed online, according to ESD 112.
