OLD EVERGREEN HIGHWAY — Four generations of Tigar Stuart’s family helped to replace a deteriorated outhouse at Jane Weber Evergreen Arboretum on Feb. 21 and 22. The family replaced the outhouse with a non-functional newer outhouse that looks similar to the original.

Stuart, with Boy Scout Troop 14, took on the project to earn the Eagle Scout award, the highest honor in Scouting.
