The new Round1 entertainment center at the Vancouver Mall will hold its grand opening this weekend, according to a post on the company’s Facebook page.
The opening time will be 10 a.m. Saturday, according to the mall.
Round1 venue occupies the upper level of an anchor tenant space on the south side of the mall that was once home to Sears. The downstairs floor reopened last year as a Hobby Lobby craft store.
Round One Entertainment is a California-based subsidiary of the Japanese company Round One Corporation, which operates a chain of family entertainment centers featuring bowling, arcade games, karaoke and indoor playground areas, along with bar and dining services.
The company’s website lists more than 40 current U.S. locations with several more listed as “coming soon.” The Vancouver Mall location is the first Round1 venue in the Portland area.
