FISH Westside Food Pantry of Vancouver seeks volunteers for all positions and shifts at the food pantry. Shifts run from 9 a.m. to noon or noon to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexible-hour options are also available to accommodate individual schedules. Volunteers prepackage food boxes and fresh produce packets in our safe, secure warehouse or perform administrative processing (sign in) for our food pantry clients. Vancouver Police NOW (Neighbors On Watch) seeks volunteers to join the Senior Wellness Check Program. Volunteers will call on elderly or home-bound individuals at pre-arranged times to ensure that people stay safe while isolating during the pandemic. All volunteers will be background checked and attend an extensive training program.
