Fisher Investments announced Tuesday that it has completed construction of a new five-story office building at its corporate headquarters in Camas.
The building sits on a newly developed 15-acre portion of the corporate campus, to the north of the existing buildings. It’s the fourth building to join the lineup at the 150-acre Fisher Creek campus, which the investment management company purchased in 2008 and began developing in 2009.
An initial five-story office tower opened in 2011, followed by a one-story building the following year. A second office tower, identical to the first and located right next to it, began construction in 2013. Fisher Investments began referring to the Fisher Creek campus as its corporate headquarters in 2015.
Construction of the newest building took about two years, according to a press release from the company. The tower features a computer lab, employee training facilities and an auditorium, and adds 132,000 square feet of office space.
