A Vancouver man was killed Thursday in a single-vehicle crash in Oregon, according to the Oregon State Police.
The crash occurred about 9 p.m. on state Highway 99 near Milepost 16 in Clackamas County, Ore., according to a statement from the state police. It said Alexander Novin, 33, was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer south on the highway when the SUV went off the road and struck a large boulder.
Novin was pronounced dead at the scene, the state police said.
