A two-vehicle crash involving a suspected uninsured and unlicensed driver from Oregon sent one person to the hospital Saturday.
Vancouver Police Department officers were dispatched at 8:19 p.m. to the intersection of East Mill Plain Boulevard and C Street for the report of a traffic crash.
An investigation found that the Oregon driver was southbound on C Street when they started to make a left turn onto Mill Plain, with a yellow yield light flashing its caution arrow, police department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said in an email.
The second vehicle was northbound on C Street with a green light. The first car attempted to make their left turn and the two cars collided, Kapp said.
