The Vancouver Police Department reported early Monday that a missing 28-year-old man has been found safe
A police statement on Saturday said that Richard T Mcclory had left home and did not take his prescribed medications which he needs to take on a daily basis, the statement said.
His safe return was reported shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday.
