Clark County Public Health confirmed three new COVID-19 cases, and no new deaths Wednesday morning.
The county had six new cases Tuesday, and five new cases Monday. At least 7,683 people have been tested in Clark County.
On Tuesday, Clark County was approved to apply for a variance to move into the second phase of the state’s COVID-19 recovery plan. Barbershops, tattoo parlors, restaurants and many other business could reopen under Phase 2 with certain precautions in place.
The application process was discussed at Wednesday’s Clark County Board of Health meeting. Clark County Public Health is compiling information for the application. Once finalized, the Clark County Board of Health will approve the application, then the Clark County Council will approve it.
