Interstate 5 in North Portland will close overnight in both directions tonight while crews install new sign bridges above the freeway.
The closure will affect the section between the Interstate 5 Bridge and Alberta Street in Portland.
The closure will begin at 11 p.m. and end at 6 a.m. Sunday.
Southbound I-5 traffic in Washington will have to exit the freeway at state Highway 14 during the closure.
