Riverview Bancorp on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $2.9 million, or 13 cents per share.
The Vancouver-based holding company for Riverview Community Bank posted revenue of $15.2 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $13.9 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $15.7 million, or 69 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $82 million.
The company’s shares closed at $4.90. A year ago, they were trading at $7.70.
