CASCADE HIGHLANDS — Beacock Music and Education Center held a pet drive during the month of February to benefit Furry Friends, a Clark County-based all-volunteer nonprofit no-kill cat rescue. The organization rescues and adopts out homeless, relinquished and abused cats and shelters them until they find “forever homes.” They provide medical exams, medication, spay and neuter services, dental work, food and litter for up to 240 cats per year. This was the sixth year of the music center holding the pet drive for Furry Friends. Find out more at www.furryfriendswa.org.
