C-Tran will again showcase poetry written by students, kindergarten through 12th grade, on the agency’s buses beginning in July.

Students must be currently enrolled in a public or private school or home schooled in Clark County.

A maximum of two poems may be submitted per student, each not to exceed seven lines and 50 characters per line. Poems must be the student’s own original work.

Artstra, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the arts in Clark County and Southwest Washington, will collaborate with C-Tran and the Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries for the ninth six-month season of the Poetry Moves program.

More information, including guidelines and a submission form, is available online at: artstra.org/submit-poems. The deadline for submitting poems is May 31.
