A developer has submitted a preliminary application to build a 37-lot subdivision on Northeast 63rd Street, a short distance west of Interstate 205.

The 5.77-acre site is at 8208 N.E. 63rd St. and includes two existing structures, both of which would be removed. The proposed lots would range from 2,595 square feet to 4,409 square feet. All of the homes would be detached, and most would be two-story structures.

The pre-application packet was submitted by PLS Engineering on behalf of primary applicant and property owner Songbird Holdings LLC. A pre-application conference with the city has been scheduled for 3:30 p.m. March 26.
