One injured in armed robbery Sunday in central Vancouver

Vancouver police looking for leads in shooting, stabbing

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Sunday during which one person was shot and stabbed in central Vancouver.

The victim, who was not identified, suffered not life-threatening injuries, police said.

At about 3:45 a.m., police responded to a report of multiple shots fired in the 9600 block of East Mill Plain Boulevard. A short time later, a male arrived at a local hospital for treatment, according to a news release from the Vancouver Police Department.

Police say three males were involved, and are looking for witnesses or leads in the case.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Vancouver Police Department Tip Line at 360-487-7399. Any victims who have not reported property damage should call 311.
