WOODLAND — Columbia Elementary School Principal Ingrid Colvard recently stepped down from her role at Columbia Elementary School. She will leave Woodland Public Schools to serve as superintendent of the Stevenson-Carson School District starting this fall. “I appreciate smaller school systems where the superintendent can be an active part of each school-learning community and facilitate partnerships with the community at-large,” she said in a news release. “My tenure at Columbia Elementary has been a true gift where, together, the entire team set ambitious goals, embraced innovation and created a very special place for all members of the learning community to thrive.”
