Miss Washington stops by Touchmark at Fairway Village

FAIRWAY 164TH — Residents of Touchmark at Fairway Village, a senior living facility, were recently treated to a visit by Miss Washington. Brush Prairie native Abbie Kondel was crowned in July 2019 in the Miss Washington pageant. She stopped by Touchmark to help teach line dancing to residents who have been stuck there while the pandemic continues. “It was a great time, and the residents just loved her and really enjoyed getting out,” said her mom, Karrie Kondel, a health care provider at Touchmark.
