MINNEHAHA — The National Association of Letter Carriers Local Branch 1104 weren’t able to hold their usual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive this year, usually held on the second Saturday in May, due to COVID-19, but they were still able to make a $10,000 donation from their general fund. They typically budget $8,000 for the food drive, covering advertising and bags. “The need is so great this year,” said Don Young, who heads the local drive in Clark County. Young is hopeful that people still donate to the food drive through the food bank at: clarkcountyfoodbank.org/stampouthunger.
