The Honorable Frank and Arlene Price Foundation on Tuesday announced $350,000 in charitable grants across Clark and Cowlitz counties.
The charitable foundation was established by Frank Price, a retired Cowlitz County Superior Court judge and Arlene Price, an art teacher at Huntington Junior High in Kelso, to support health, education and historic preservation.
Education received the biggest chunk. Some of the larger grants include $40,000 toward virtual simulation software at Clark College and $20,000 to the Battle Ground Education Foundation for Chromebooks for online learning.
The Price Foundation said it paid particular attention to needs that arose due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
