Aidan Fraly scored 21 points to the Falcons battled get past Fort and secure the No. 2 seed to the bi-district playoffs.
“It’s wasn’t pretty,” Prairie interim coach Jimmy Tuominen said. “But we found a way to grind it out.”
Reece Walling had a strong finish, adding 12 points as the Falcons pulled away in the last four minutes of the game.
Prairie lost senior Brady Gagnon for the season to a non-contact knee injury in practice on Thursday.
Kahlil Singleton had 18 points to lead the Trappers.
