Local thought leaders, innovators and storytellers are welcome to submit audition videos to VanTalks, a local version of the international TED Talk phenomenon.
“From technology experts to start ups, creatives to change makers, VanTalks has featured a variety of local innovators and storytellers in its previous, sold-out events,” said co-founder Kevin Hiebert. “Our goal is to select seven speakers from the Vancouver/Clark County area who exemplify our community’s strengths and inspire us.”
The deadline to submit a three-minute audition video or video link is midnight Feb. 10. Finalists will be invited to an in-person audition on the evening of Feb. 25. The fourth annual VanTalks event is set for May 28 at the Kiggins Theatre in downtown Vancouver.
