Girls basketball: Union 75, Battle Ground 28

The visiting Titans raced out to a 22-3 first-quarter advantage and cruised from there for the 4A Greater St. Helens League victory on Tuesday.

Lolo Weatherspoon led a balance scoring attack for Union with 14 points. Mason Oberg and Abbey Kaip each scored 12.

Megan Geiger and Faith Prom each had eight points for Battle Ground.
