A multibuilding apartment complex of about 75 units is planned to be built at the northeast corner of Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive and Andresen Road.
The apartments are about 700 to 900 square feet, according to a pre-application packet submitted to the city of Vancouver. The building is also planned to have commercial tenants on the first floor.
Portland-based BAMA Architecture and Design submitted the application on behalf of owner S&Y Development LLC of Clackamas.
The plans for the complex show a total of four buildings and 91 parking spots.
