The Southwest Washington Contractors Association board of directors recently completed its appointments for 2020. They are:

o President: Chrissy Lyons, Port of Vancouver.

o Treasurer: Drew Barrett, Barrett & Co. CPAs.

Identity Clark County recently appointed John Dombroski and George Martin to its board of directors. Dombroski is an owner of the Chick-fil-A restaurant in east Vancouver. He is an Army veteran and a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in political science. Martin is a vice president and relationship manager for Banner Bank. He previously worked for Riverview Bank, U.S. Bank, Key Bank and Washington Mutual. He was an Army officer and received a master’s degree from New York University.

Peter Seeley, vice president of Alliant, will remain director. Identity Clark County also appointed Esther Liu of LSW Architects, and Tyson Fuehrer of Biggs Insurance to its executive committee.

Columbia Bank announced several promotions following the promotion of Clint Stein on Jan. 1. They include Eric Eid, executive vice president, chief digital and technology officer; David Moore Devine, executive vice president, chief marketing and experience officer; Nicole Sherman, executive vice president and director of retail banking and digital integration; and Aleigha Nation, senior vice president, director of marketing. Headquartered in Tacoma, Columbia Bank has more than 150 branches in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, including three in Clark County.

Jason Fussell was elected as business manager of Local 29 of the Ironworkers Union of Portland, which represents more than 1,500 workers in Oregon and Southwest Washington. He became a member in 1998.
