Emergency services and travel-planning company AAA is taking the wraps off a newly renovated Vancouver store, designed to turn the local branch into “a world-class travel planning destination.”

The upgraded branch, at 4301 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., now serves as AAA’s seventh Cruise and Travel location in Washington, giving visitors the tools to plan vacations and road trips. The redesign features large images and video displays showcasing destinations, accompanied by a brighter and more open layout.

AAA is celebrating the store’s grand opening throughout the month of January. Members and non-member visitors to the store can enter to win tickets for one of several cruises and other prizes. The store will also host a free car seat safety clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 29.
