The city of Battle Ground is accepting permit applications for its 2020 fireworks stand lottery. Eligible nonprofit organizations must submit a fireworks stand lottery application by Jan. 31.
Battle Ground regulations limit the number of firework stand permits to a maximum of five each year, so the lottery is conducted to choose the permit recipients. The city also limits sales to nonprofits that operate within Battle Ground such as service clubs and religious or charitable organizations.
