Padden Storage at 11616 N.E. 79th St. in Orchards has become a U-Haul “neighborhood dealer” location, offering products and services from the moving company including trucks, trailers, boxes, storage and supplies.
The storage center near Padden Parkway and Northeast 117th Avenue was built in 2018. At the time, co-owner Terry Wollam, a managing broker for ReMax Equity Group, told The Columbian that the facility was intended to serve an unmet need for large-scale storage options, such as storage for boats and RVs.
Normal business hours at the storage center are 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with 24-7 access for customers.
