Girls basketball: Hockinson 62, Mark Morris 51

Gracie Brammer scored 24 points, Kylie Ritter added 21 and the Hawks wrapped up the 2A Greater St. Helens League season with a road win.

Brammer has scored at least 20 points in all four games since returning from a knee injury. She and Ritter combined for 13 of Hockinson’s 18 points in the second quarter, when the Hawks erased a 17-10 deficit to take a 28-25 lead.

Lilly Mueller grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds for Hockinson (11-9, 5-7), which finished fifth in the 2A GSHL. The Hawks will face Rochester in a district play-in game Wednesday.
