James Corey scored 17 of his game-high 19 points in the second half as Ridgefield pulled away for a pivotal 2A GSHL win.
“Our big guys Carson (Knight) and James were really active inside, working the boards,” Ridgefield coach Jason Buffum said. “Our guards were setting them up, and they were finishing.”
Knight added 14 points, and Josh Mansur had 11 for the Spudders.
Micah Paulsen led Hockinson with 18 points as the Hawks got scoring from just four different players. One of those players, Jeremiah Faulstick spent much of the second half on the bench with foul trouble.
