Report: More students receiving failing grades at Vancouver Public Schools

A report on student grades from Vancouver Public Schools offers concrete evidence that remote learning is leading to a striking drop in students’ academic performance, and the most vulnerable students are suffering the most.

The district published an internal analysis at last week’s school board meeting revealing 49 percent of high school students district-wide received at least one F during the first-quarter grading period.
