According to the National Weather Service, the temperature will drop to 33 degrees in Vancouver. Those seeking shelter should call the Housing Hotline at 360-695-9677, which is open 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekends.
