The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a 19-year-old man who is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Portland.
Kceon Colbert was taken into custody Wednesday in Clark County and booked into the Clark County Jail; a Portland Police Bureau news release did not say when or where the arrest took place.
Colbert was wanted in the July 10 shooting death of Shai’India Harris. Harris was shot and killed outside a home in Portland. Harris died before medics arrived, police said.
It wasn’t immediately known if Colbert has a lawyer to comment on his behalf.
