Matthew Emery of Vancouver was elected as one of five recipients of The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Foundation’s 2020 transportation scholarships. Currently pursuing a public policy degree from the University of Washington, Emery will receive $5,000 from the IBTTA Foundation Scholarship Program designed to assist undergraduate students pursuing degrees in a transportation-related field of study.
