Vancouver Public Schools is looking for applicants to serve on its equity advisory committee.
People selected for the committee will offer their experience and insight to address implicit bias and systemic racism. The group will also inform the district’s response to its upcoming equity audit.
Interested applicants are asked to submit a resume and letter of interest to the superintendent’s executive assistant at aaron.beiershmitt@vansd.org. Letters should include the reasons you wish to serve, your qualifications and three references with their contact information.
