Vancouver Radiologists has merged with Lynwood-based Radia Inc., one of the largest radiology groups in the United States.

Vancouver Radiologists will still offer full-spectrum professional diagnostic imaging services at its imaging centers in Vancouver Village and Fisher’s Landing, as well as in partnership with Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, according to a press release.

“Many of our employees and radiologists have been providing care to the residents of the communities we serve for 10, 20, even 30-plus years. These same staff and doctors will continue to maintain the exceptional care, now as part of Radia,” said Dr. John Schroeder, medical director for Vancouver Radiologist Imaging Centers.

Dr. Lloyd Stambaugh, vice president of Radia, said his company and Vancouver Radiologists have similar missions.

“Both of our practices are aligned on the importance of patient care,” he said. “Our merger combines the best of Radia’s IT platform and subspecialty bench with Vancouver Radiologists’ highly skilled local team to continue to provide high quality and high touch care to patients in the community.”
