Clark County will waive business personal property late filing penalties until May 31 in response to Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home order.
The extension only applies to the penalty for missing the original April 30 date, not the separate business relief program announced by the county treasurer’s office, according to a news release from the county.
