Three weeks into the college football season, marked the debut of two players from Clark County at major programs.
Darien Chase, a true freshman from Union, saw his first collegiate action in Nebraska’s 44-8 win over Northern Illinois.
What’s more, Chase notched his first collegiate catch, a 13-yard reception in the fourth quarter.
Meanwhile, Cole Grossman saw his first action for Montana in the Grizzlies’ loss to Oregon. Originally recruited as a tight end, the Skyview High grad has switched to linebacker after grey-shirting last season.
