Fourth Plain Village — Visitors to the Subway on Fourth Plain Boulevard might want to plan for some extra time when eating their sandwiches in the future. The location recently installed a Free Little Community Library located at 2800 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The Subway team created the library out of an old telephone booth no longer in use. The location built the library through Little Free Library, a nonprofit organization to aims to inspire a love of reading books and building community by fostering neighborhood book exchanges around the world.
