Pacific Cascade Corp., a commercial parking supply company headquartered in Vancouver, announced Tuesday that it has acquired longtime partner Midwest Parking & Facility Products.

Pacific Cascade sells products for parking and traffic enforcement at public and private parking lots such as bollards, speed bumps, gate arms and vertical clearance bars.

Midwest Parking, headquartered in Wisconsin, manufactures parking garage supplies aimed at preventing damage to cars, such as polyethylene pads for the underside of gate arms and lining pads for garage columns between spaces.

Pacific Cascade has been a distributor of Midwest Parking products for 28 years, according to a press release from the two companies. Midwest Parking owner Steve Vincelli decided to retire earlier this year and offered to sell the company to Pacific Cascade. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
