Community Services seeks public feedback

Published: September 4, 2019, 5:58am

Clark County Community Services would like community members to take a survey about local housing needs. The confidential survey, intended for those who live outside of Vancouver city limits, takes about 10 minutes to complete.

It’s available through Oct. 31 online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/2020Conplan in English, Spanish and Russian. Those needing a paper copy of the survey can contact Samantha Whitley at 564-397-7842 or samantha.whitley@clark.wa.gov.

The feedback is part of a process for determining how to use federal dollars to meet the housing needs of low- and moderate-income households. Community Services is responsible for sending a five-year plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development describing the needs and priorities for Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships program dollars in Clark County, outside of Vancouver.

Contact Whitley for more information.
