A 42,078-square-foot office building on Columbia Shores Boulevard that holds Franz Bakery and Waste Connections sold for $10.25 million, according to a Friday news release from Norris & Stevens.
The buyer, Bill Naito Co., is a property management company based in Portland.
The property is located at 501 S.E. Columbia Shores Blvd. and is fully occupied with four tenants.
