Seton Catholic earned its first win in the month of October as the Cougars set the tone against 2B opposition Morton-White Pass on Saturday afternoon.
The 33-0 shutout victory from the Cougars overcomes a two-game losing streak, and puts them at an overall record of 4-2.
Luke Pitzer displayed yet another impressive performance for Seton, as he scored touchdowns both rushing and passing. The senior’s lone rushing touchdown of the game, which was for 91 yards, followed after he made a late fourth quarter interception while playing cornerback.
Junior running back Elijah Volk paved the way to victory early on for Seton, as both of his rushing touchdowns came in the first quarter.
