Bicycle shop Camas Bike and Sport changed owners earlier this year, and new owners Jeff Cary and Pete Clagett are planning a happy hour-style event to commemorate the occasion. The event is planned for 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at 403 N.E. Fifth Ave. in Camas.

A social media post about the event promises music, a raffle, swag giveaways and deals on bikes and accessories.

Original owners Ed and Katina Fischer founded Camas Bike and Sport in 2009. They sold the store to Cary and Clagett in July, about a month after Camas Bike and Sport celebrated its 10-year anniversary. Cary had worked at the store for about 18 months leading up to the sale. He said Ed Fischer plans to remain active as an advocate for biking but wanted to take a step back from the retail side of the industry.
