Aaron Wilkins was appointed as the new chief financial officer of the Northwest Pipe Company. The company’s board of directors made the selection following the retirement of Robin Gantt, who had held the position since 2011. Wilkins, employed there since 2011, was the vice president of finance since 2016. He will start as CFO in April. According to a news release, the Northwest Pipe Company is the largest manufacturer of engineered welded steel pipe water systems in North America. Ellen Rogers of Ridgefield was hired as master of advocacy and brand experience at the Southwest Washington Contractors Association. She was previously employed by the Port of Ridgefield, and also has served on the adjunct faculty at Clark College and Washington State University Vancouver. Most recently, she was acting director of the Initiative for Public Deliberation at WSUV.
